You have 14 days from the date your package was delivered to you. The item(s) must be unworn & unwashed. The item(s) must be in original form, not altered in any way. This includes the following: makeup stains, food/drink stains, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. All on sale items are final purchase. We do not pay for shipping on returns.
* Damaged/Defective items: You have 4 days from the time the package was delivered to report a damaged item.
