Ready-to-ship orders

We work to get your pieces on their way as soon as possible. Please allow 24–48 hours for ready-to-ship orders to ship. This is processing time, not delivery time. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with further information.

Preorders

Preorders follow the turnaround time stated in each product listing. If your order includes both ready-to-ship items and a preorder, the preorder listing's instructions apply to whether those items are held to ship together.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Your shipping price is shown at checkout before you purchase.

Free US shipping is automatically applied to eligible orders of $100 or more. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts. Checkout shows your final shipping rate and offer eligibility.
